To delete your Getline Pro(GetLine VPN) account and associated personal data, email us from the address linked to your account.
Processing time: up to 14 calendar days after account ownership is confirmed.

How deletion works
We process requests manually and may ask you to verify account ownership. If you no longer have access to your account email, let us know in your message.
We will email you a confirmation when deletion is complete. You will no longer be able to access the service through the deleted account.
To prevent repeated use of the free trial and fraud, we retain hashes of the login identifiers associated with your account — email and Telegram ID — for up to two years after account deletion. See our privacy policy.
